The build you posted had parts not available on amazon, and had a bunch of older parts that will age very quickly. If this build is too expensive for you, drop the CPU down to an i3-4130 and the GFX card to a 750ti.

It has taxes factored in as well (for California sales tax anyways) so you will get a idea of how much it will actually cost. Also, Amazon has a terrible and expensive selection of OSes, but Newegg is a reliable computer parts seller, they basically always beat out amazon as well. If you want computer parts Newegg is the Amazon of the online computer retailers.
