Actually, it's even more than that. Yesterday, all my computer/mobile devices were marked as "connected" on the network status, yet none of them could connect to the internet. I called my ISP, we factory resetted the modem, didn't work, we connected ONE computer on the modem only, and after a while of fiddling, it eventually worked out, but only if my main computer was connected directly to the router.
So I googled and tried everything to no avail, and today I bought a new router. I followed the instructions on my laptop(cause it's my only computer with a CD drive) and it worked! I could connect to the internet, via the new router.
BUT.
Now, all my other computers can still connect via the "wire" OR wireless, all of them are marked as CONNECTED, but like yesterday, none of them can actually connect to the internet.
WHAT IS WRONG GOD DAMN IT. lol Was my last router good and I could fix this another way?(So I can return this) am I cursed?
Also, maybe it's important, but my modem is a CABLE modem with TEKSAVVY(A canadian company. )
Help, i'm desperate.

EDIT: The actual router is a Cisco Linksys E1200
While the modem is a Thomson DCM425

My computers (3) run on Windows 8 and 8.1, while I also have 2 iPads, 2 Android cellphones and 1 PS3.

Hello, I am having the same problem. Would you be able to advice how to check whether your router is in the bridge mode and on the pppoe settings.

Thakn you
