Hello everybody I want to ask which video card is better (about noise, temperature, and FPS) the GIGABYTE GTX 750 ti black edition (with 1163Mhz)? or GIGABYTE GTX 750 ti (with 1033Mhz)?
What does give the bigger Mhz for GTX 750 ti black edition?

The higher MHz rating means the GPU will work faster, assuming the cooling fan can keep up. As a result, the faster one may be louder.

FPS depends on the games you are planning on running. Not all games are equal as far as how it loads down a GPU. That being said, the higher MHz of the Black Edition will usually yield higher FPS (may or may not be much of an increase, though).
