So today I booted my pc, and the screens + the usb ports did not work. So I checked all cables and made sure it wasn't the power supply, and then it turned on. So I figured it might be a driver issue as I built this yesterday, but it worked fine all day yesterday.

I downloaded the chipset drivers and the missing drivers, but after a hour all the usb ports stopped working again.

The usb ports turns on for about 1-2 seconds sometimes, but not very often. And now the screens does not turn on anymore.
I cannot enter the UEFI or safe mode anymore as the usb ports is not working at all.

I got into safemode once, but it does no difference.
I also checked that all the cables isn't loose.

I have tested the screens and the keyboard + mouse on other computers and it works fine.
I have win7 64bit

Solution
The central point is the motherboard, but other bad devices can cause all sorts of issues with motherboard so that is why I said to try individually removing devices.

Since it makes no difference, then it is the motherbaord
If you can not access the bios and the USB ports do not work then it is a hardware related issue.

You can remove components individualy (ram one stick at a time, hard drive, cd drive, gpu) etc and see if you get it to boot up so that you can identify the problem piece of hardware.

If you will list your system specs that might help us diagnose the problem.

Motherboard: Msi z77a-g45
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Processor
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 770 2GB PhysX CUDA
RAM: Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600MHz 8GB
SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB OEM
HDD: Western Digital 1TB HDD
PSU; Corsair tx650 | 650w

The computer itself boots, all the fans are working including on the gpu + the power lights is on the gpu.
There is a light on the CPU Phase 1 light on the motherboard aswell.

Nothing sticks out as an obvious problem, must just be a doa item, will just have to do as I suggested and test it with removing individual components

You should also try reseting CMOS.
Did you do anything with the BIOS, a failed BIOS update can cause major problems.

Only thing I edited in the BIOS was the boot drive to an SSD, and I already tried restoring everything to default in the BIOS.

And how the mouse and keyboard still doesn't work in the bios after that is weird.
It also seems like the video ports only works at times as it didn't work earlier today, then it worked and now it doesn't again.

I tried plugging them in the GPU and the motherboard, none seem to work as of now. However the GPU fan is working o_O so is the power led on it.

So I tried this now, seems like there is no difference whatsoever. The USB ports and the video ports is not working.
But I find it weird that all my fans is working, and it is booting but the usb and the video ports is not working.
