i have a 4790k paried with a asus maximus vii ranger and an h100i cooler, and i seem to be able to get a stable oc of 4.6ghz at 1.210v, which on load gets to around 68 degrees however, i cant oc to 4.7 no matter what voltage i use, ive tried up to 1.395 and i dont want to do anything above that . So is this maybe something other than my cpu? or do i just have a crappy chip?
