Like the title says is the extra £120 worth it. On top of that, I will even have to shell out more cash for a more expensive motherboard due to LGA 2011. Is it worth the cost, BTW got a sweet deal on a Quadl-SLI motherboard (Asus Z97-WS) for £180 (including shipping and delivery).
does the performance increase justfy the extra cost?
Thanks for all the responses!

Depends on what you want to do with it. For gaming, neither of those two is much better than the i5-4690k. For video/photo editing and rendering, the 4930k would be worth it as it has two extra cores compared to the 4790k.
