Hey guys,first time on forums!
As its my first time building my own set,i'd rly need your advice on what psu, mobo (budget around 300-320$ for everything max!) and case will fit best on my current choices :

CPU:Intel I5-4760k @3.4ghz,socket lga1150
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX760 GV-N760OC-2GD 2GB DDR5 PCI-E RETAIL
Ram: 2x4gb g.skill sniper edition 1866mhz ddr3
SSD:Samsung pro series sata3 128gb

P.S If theres any suggestion i'd be glad to consider it..

Edit:I'd like to be able to OC cpu in near future

Solution
I'd be inclined to suggest these parts
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Inwin GT1 White ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Rosewill Capstone 750W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $239.96
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
The Gigabyte UD (Ultra Durable) board is a nice motherboard, the InWin GT1 is an interesting case that I recently assisted with in a build, I enjoyed working with it (there's also a black version) and the SuperFlower built Rosewill Capstone 750 is a nice PSU (reviewed here...

For your consideration
