Hi guys,
I wasn't sure which thread to put this in but CPU seems to be most appropriate. Basically I would like to invest in a watercooler (The H100i) but realise the radiator plus fans will not fit (current case is a 230t). can I mount the fans outside the case and radiator inside or vise versa or should I just cash in and get a new case ? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Sure, you can do whatever you want... as long as the fans still cool the rad. If there's a heavy grill between fans and rad, it might restrict air flow. Consider mounting the both outside the case. Naturally, a new case would be the best option.

Cases are mostly a personal thing... taste and all. But I would look at Corsair, NZXT, Fractal Design, and possibly Cooler Master. Be sure it has plenty of room behind the MB tray for cable management. And has the 3.5" drive bays 90 degrees to the 5.25" bays. Bottom mount PSU, and vented top. Those are the main things I always look for when building.
