can't react properly, causing you to have to reboot when coming out of sleep mode.

Hi - Yes, the cx600 is enough for that build, and has headroom.
However, it is not Haswell ready (your CPU is Haswell). It won't harm your
system but you would need to disable the sleep state in BIOS, or select a
Haswell ready PSU.
