My major worry is the power supply, will be 600w enough?

Hi - Yes, the cx600 is enough for that build, and has headroom.
However, it is not Haswell ready (your CPU is Haswell). It won't harm your
system but you would need to disable the sleep state in BIOS, or select a
Haswell ready PSU.

So how does that affect in the cpu?

It doesn't, the Haswell CPU's sleep mode has such small voltage that many PSU's
can't react properly, causing you to have to reboot when coming out of sleep mode.
The sleep state can be disabled in BIOS. But, either of the 2 CS model PSU's I linked above
would eliminate the need to do that. And, the 550 which still has more than enough power
for your system is priced less.
