Are these temps okay?

Hey guys right now, just browsing chrome, my cpu (i7 3700) is at 26 c, and my gtx 650 is at 24c. Are these temps too hot??

Nope those seem to be very good idle temps.

Your temps are tooooooo low . Worry from up to 65 celsius

No, you don't have to worry about anything.As I said from up to 65 celsius you should worry

What is your Ambient? Low idle Idle temperatures are nice to have, but aren't very important in the big scheme of computer temperatures ... it's Load temperatures that are important.
