Can my graphics card handle dual monitors?

I currently have a AMD Radeon HD 6320. I'm also playing off an Lenovo all-in-one C325 (C Series). The computer is no older then about 4 years or so.

Not seeing where that system has an external video port. If it does have a VGA, DVI, or HDMI output, it should support dual monitors.

Don't have any of those.. Just going to have to wait for a new PC :/
