When lag spikes happens it goes to 100% and the computer freezes in the desktop till the spike go, The Ram, always 50-70%,when lag spikes happens or not, Idk the GPU, Idk where to check it, I can't find it in Task Manager.

If it was working fine before, and it is not working fine now, it is a software issue. Assuming you are talking about the 'same games'
You have too much junk running, or quite possible multiple viruses.

But yes...that is a very old/slow PC.

Your computer is quite old and won't be able to handle newer software that comes out unless it is coded to run with that sort of hardware. You will need to upgrade your computer, but I suggest that you buy a completely new one and throw away or box up your current one.

If things were running fine before and they aren't now then it's possible that your PC's OS (Windows) has too much junk in it (unused files, programs that eat up a lot of system resources on startup, malware, viruses..) or you haven't fully updated it. To clean your computer you can download and run CCleaner (junk remover), Malwarebytes (for malware) and Bitdefender (viruses). Additionally, make sure the internals of your PC is free from dust and has good airflow.
