is this too hot??? i have an i7 4770k no overclocking and a hyper 212 evo but idle temps are around 30-36c is that too hot?

hey everyone as the title says... this was my first build and the cooler is the only thing i had trouble with so just wondering also i only am using 1 fan and my case has pretty decent airflow thanks please respond soon.

Nope thats not hot. Every CPU varies in idle temps. for example my 3930k idle temp is at 45-50 C though that is with OC. but my estimate would be around 35C with out OC.

Thats ok idle temps just check load temps- way more important than idle

this idle temp is good and should be around 40 c on load what case do you have and how many fan in for the air flow .

your tempature is complestly noral, 30-40c idle is normal, these things are rated for up to 70c but can run at 90c, however it is risky and not recomended

My regular i7 4770 runs anywhere from the very high 20s to the low 30s whilst idling. I also use the Hyper 212 Evo. Remember that the ambient temperature of your room while directly affect how cool your CPU will run. The warmer the air in your room, the warmer your CPU will run as it must pass that temperature air through the heatsink to cool itself.
