Need advice in a 2200$ rig

Solution

Yeah the only redeeming quality these drives have is the price, and that's it. On a $2200 rig you don't want to get a low end SSD.

Try something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($229.99 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme 99.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($94.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($144.99 @ Newegg)
Memory:...
That's a fantastic build! Some fine tuning -

Get 1866 cl9 1.5V ram instead - only a few dollars more

The Corsair RM is in Tier 2a of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html.

Get a Tier One power supply instead eg Corsair AX 860, EVGA Supernova 1000, Antec HCG Pro Platinum 850M

So, things I changed:
Motherboard: Cheaper, is the Z97 chipset is you won't need to update the BIOS and has a $30 combo with the CPU.
Memory: It's CL9, not CL10 and it's cheaper.
Storage: Don't like that Kingston SSD, changed it to a high quality 256GB.
Video Card: They're $10 cheaper and I prefer MSI, but Asus is totally ok and the price is great too.
Case: It's cheaper, but I only put it to show you more options. Both are amazingly good and it really comes down to style. The 750D is more classic, the Thor is bolder.
Power Supply: Don't get that PSU, it's not very high quality. The opne I chose is cheaper and higher quality.

And that's it! Hope you find this helpful.
