  1. What is your planned budget for all of your components?
Do you have anything already bought or is it a new everything?
when you say "high frames". What games do you mean and on what quality?

all of the links are what i have right now and i want to play most games with somewhat good frames on medium . like skyrim with mods maybe . but mostly i want to be able to record games with low graphics but high frames .

If you mod skyrim graphically then a "medium" quality is thrown out the door.
From a little test I just played, recording video requires more horsepower than just playing a game. E.G. My modded Skyrim dropped from 30-40 FPS to 20-28 FPS.
Playing a game requires more horsepower in the GPU than the CPU. You don't care too much about having beauty over performance, so I'd personally recommend the R9 270x or something higher than this.
Recording, from my test, seems to be more CPU intensive then it is GPU intensive. Streaming being more CPU intensive than both. For this, I would recommend an excellent-outstanding CPU, the i5-4570/i5-4670 if you don't plan on over-clocking, but the i5-4670k if you do.

This will give you some good performance in your games. You will be able to hit your target goals and beyond. Streaming shouldn't be a problem as well.

I should note: I'm not 100% sure whether everything I have said here is true. I'm only going off what I know and what I would assume you be the correct answer. If you feel unsure about what i've said then I'd try asking around the linus tech tips forum or wait until someone with more knowledge on the subject comes to answer.
  4. Thank you so much, This little bit of information should suffice for now . Ill try to look into getting the i5. Appreciate you testing it for me.
