Cannot find group policy editor on Windows 8.1

Can anyone give me advise on how to find the Group Editor in the Windows 8.1 operating system? I'm so sick of my login screen popping up if I don't have movement on my laptop every 60 seconds..!! It's beyond aggravating! I'm constantly having to log in..Windows 8.0 has this feature so I can disable the login screen from doing this, so why in the world has it been impossible to find this same feature in Windows 8.1?? Does ANYONE have any information on fixing this problem?? Thank You soooo much!!

If you don't have Windows 8.1 Pro you don't have the group policy editor.
I know you can edit some settings in registry editor. Please see here: http://gpsearch.azurewebsites.net/
