Hi, very excited to be building my first gaming pc. I am aiming to be upgrade free for a long time. (In computer years that is). I would appreciate some professional advice on compatibility of components and weather there is any glaring overkill or underkill for that matter.

MOBO: Maximus vii hero
GPU: ASUS GTX 780 Ti - DC2OC - 3GD5
RAM: Two 8GB Crucial
SSD: Crucial M500 CT240M 7mm (with 9mm adapter)
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
ODD: Samsung 24* SATA
PSU: Corsair AXi - AX860i
Not sure of best Monitor to get for this system?
