All from Amazon Canada. Get a free trial of Amazon Prime if you can so you'll get free shipping and fast delivery. You should also have one case fan as intake at the front of your case (blowing cool air into the case) and one at the back for exhaust (sucking hot air from CPU out of the case). The 270x will let you play a bunch of games on high settings.

You won't be able to max games out 1080p with that budget. You will need at least a gtx 770 or 280x and that alone will be about $350. So you need to increase your budget or lower your expectations.
