I need help building my Pc... I have already bought the optical drive, a case, and another fan.

I just want to bring down the price maybe $50? or as much as you can and it still be able to run games well.
Its gonna be for games and occasional editing.

If playing games well is of priority then you can replace these as given below -
MoBo - Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 $54.99
Processor - AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor $118.99
RAM with A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory $72.99
Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card $129.99
Except for Memory Bandwidth and Power consumption, HD 7870 has more advantage over R9 270 in terms of high resolution and anisotropic filtering.
