GPU for Athlon x3 425 in 720p gaming

hey guys just want to help my brother out on selecting a graphics card for his computer..
he got an old athlon x3 425 @2.7ghz, i know its old but he is not really into upgrading only his GPU for now.. he will be gaming in a 18 inch 720p monitor

he will be playing an online game call "Neverwinter".. thanks..

r7 250x 1gb version. If he plans to use it for a future build then get the 2gb version.

The 250 is slightly too underpowered for my taste and the price diff is not much.

Also he should do some core unlocking/overclocking on the cpu to get decent frame rates.

watchdogs - > all low and you'll have dips of under 25fps
battlefield 4 -> using mantle medium to high settings
Games using Directx11 will work poorly because of your low cpu power but games using Mantle or the upcoming Directx12 should work better.

i talked to him and he said he will be only be gaming on an online game called "Neverwinter" as it is taxing on his onboard graphics card Radeon HD4200 from his 785g mobo and he has only 2gb of ddr2 ram.. is GT 730 64bit ddr5 good enough for the said game?
