No signal from monitor,and no beeps after installing amd r7 250x

i installed my new amd r7 250x to my MOTHERBOARD asus m5a78l-m usb3 and it cant detect it!!!! i can only boot from the onboard graphics.why is that?
also i have 700w PSU so i dont think is the power supply the problem...

You can try to boot with onboard graphics, go to AMD's website and try to install the drivers (beta ones). If you get the message ("no compatible graphics hardware is detected") then try the following:

1) Turn off your PC and unplug the power cord
2) Make sure the card is properly placed in the proper PCIE slot
3) Remove and put the card back in
4) Turn on your PC
5) At the very beginning press Delete key or a Function key (it varies) to enter the bios menu
6) Reset your bios by navigating the bios menu and "reset to default"
7) Set your motherboard BIOS configuration to use the PCIE graphics card
8) save changes
9) Restart

i dont know and i cant find how to disable onboard graphics card in my bios :(  can you help me?
