What do you think of this build? I struggled with picking the motherboard but I wanted some USB3.0 and there were not many options in the budget range. I could have saved maybe $10-$15 here im not sure.

You should only overclock the 760k at stock voltage. That being said i recommend you look at the more expensive hdds from WD like the Black line. As a storage drive the Blue is great but its random read/writes make it less suitable for a system drive. Overall the build is ok as there are no MAJOR problems with it.

You could try and fit a r9 270 in there, with a cx500w aswell :)  worth it.

Thank you for the quick response. I will most likely NOT be overclocking. This is my first PC build. I do plan on getting a SSD at some point in the future.

How does my selected HD compare to Storage: Toshiba Product Series: DT01ACA 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

One thing to take into consideration is that Toshiba only offers a 2yr warranty. Segate is 3yr, and WD is two yrs on the blues but five years on the blacks.
