was looking in my recycle bin, and there were a bunch of no-access files(which is odd because I am an administrator on my computer. they all had names similar to this.

I tried to copy and paste one to access it and they all contained desktop.ini files. Seems even more fishy now because they are either completely harmless or completely horrible.
