Hello I am a new member here and I have been having this issue when I installed my new video card which I got yesterday. The card has power to it the fans are spinning but my computer isnt reading it. In Device Manager it's only showing my integrated graphics witch is AMD Radeon 8670D (I also disabled it). I have tried to install the drivers (Using the disc that came with it) but it wasn't picking up the card either.

What model is your computer or if it's home-built, what model is the motherboard? If the device manager isn't recognizing new hardware then you can't install the drivers.

Maybe because the PC can recognize it but device manager can't, just a guess. Delete the disc drivers and go to Nvidia's website and install the new drivers.

This article should help you fix it. Follow the steps to turn off secure boot and enable legacy boot.

You are aware that a GT630 card is barely faster than the integrated video in your A10 right?
