new notebook x551ca 4gb win 8 the sound is so poor i cant believe it. it sounds like the singers have been on nitrogen . surely this must be a fault or are these models just poor quality!!

thank you .it eventually accepted the upgrade to win 8.1 which has fixed the problem.not being overly tech minded i had a couple of days wishing "i'd gone to spec savers"! now all i need is to work out how to work the thing!
