I'm very close to fishing purchasing my build, and I'm wondering if anyone can let me know if I'm safe and sound and if everything will work
Corsair Carbide 500r
Asus black blue-ray optical drive (generic)
Corsair HX 750
120gb Samsung EVO SSD
WD Black 2tb HDD
Maximums VI Formula motherboard
i7-4770k CPU
H100i liquid cooling
16gb Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM
A heads up would be much appreciated, thank you. All suggestions are helpful; this is my first build.

An Asus 780 would be very nice. But if you're using this for gaming then the i7 and 16gb ram is wasted money.
You could go to an i5 4690k, 8gb ram and a gtx780ti for the same money.

What's your budget?

I don't really have a set budget as of now, but I'm looking for reasonbly priced (trying to avoid anything like a titan :p)

You are going to overclock the cpu, right? and what is your screen resolution>?

Just made a list in pcpartpicker.com with the advised changes:

But the psu is overkill for this gpu. A 650 watt psu will be plenty! unless you plan for sli, which i wouldn't do personally.
