Cant go in to UEFI

Hi , i recently bought a new computer with Windows 8.1 preinstalled.
The problem is that i cant go in to the UEFI , everytime i try to get in to UEFI i get in to the legacy Bios. help please

Specs:
GTX 650 2gb
i7 4770
8gb ram
1tb hdd
