Is this normal? The temperature of mainboard

Hey guys. I just built my rig yesterday and all the temperatures of gpu or cpu seems normal, the only strange thing is this

First it can be a wrong temperature representation , sometimes errors occur.
Second , your mobo is abnormally heating up , OK do not panic, just double check fans , are they all working, case fan etc , recheck temps through some other monitoring software , and check if power supply is working fine, if your power supply is not gold or bronze certified , it might be giving power surges and your system can melt down . try using a different power supply .
if problem still exists, your mobo is defective ,
Normal temp should be around 30 to 40 in moderate weather and 70 under heavy load
