Need Help Fixing This Annoying BSoD Problem on Windows 8.1 (Spoilers : Drive Errors :P)

When I was playing the MMO Maplestory, my computer just quit and got the BSoD. The error message was DRIVER_IS_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS. I tried to fix it using windows verifier, but I cant determine what the driver is because it isnt giving me enough information. From my recent Driver Verifier, I got this information from the minidump,

I got all this information by using BlueScreenView. If anyone can explain to me how to fix this without resetting my pc. Thanks :D (Also, Running Windows 8.1)

you would need to look at the file C:\windows\Minidump\071214-23640-01.dmp in the windows debugger or put it on a cloud server
like google docs or skydrive so someone could look at it for you.
