You don't seem to have a graphics card, do you?

Sorry. If you don't have a graphics card, there isn't anything you can really do to play the game well.

Partly wrong. If he had a very good i5/i7 with an Intel HD 4000 integrated gpu he could've played the game (of course, not maxing it out). This isn't his case however, as he has a core 2 duo, and even so, 2gb ram are still kinda low, even for most wanted...

I was looking at his current specs and with that in mind, told the OP that a GPU was essential for trying to play the game well. He probably has a GMA chipset, hence the reason why the game even ran. :)

Yes, it has run, but not at good frames per second right?
Only way to get more FPS/frames per second is to invest into a good GPU.

I know, I just wanted to point out the fact you don't necessarily need a non-integrated cpu :)
Some people tend to read things negatively, and while searching for threads before posting their own issue, stumbling upon this can give the wrong feeling, but that's just me being paranoid anyway.

Maybe it'll run the menu and the opening cutscenes, but with the specs you've given and the ones that can be supposed, you won't be able to get actually in-game, as you will most probably encounter out of memory issues...
You either need to get a new cpu with an Intel HD 4000 integrated GPU (changing motherboard as well, most surely), or a minimally decent GPU.

Should you be on a laptop, all the above obviously doesn't apply, as you would need to change laptop entirely...
