My computer was slow so I figured it would speed things up a bit. The problems I have is my computer won't detect my network card or my graphics card. And possibly other stuff. I also have a black frame around my screen, that may be cause of my graphics card. It is possibly i have more problems but these are the ones I have found so far. Anyone ran into the same problem when reseting computer to factory settings? Please help me to get my computer normal again!
Note: It is a "costum computer" not made by any big company like Acer.

If it's a custom computer, there really is no *factory settings*. That would be Windows defaults. You'll need to install drivers for all your various hardware bits. Sounds like you specifically need your network driver, and graphics card driver. Go to the manufacturer web site, download the current driver for your particular operating system.

Since your network driver is missing, this likely means you will need to do it on another machine, and copy the drivers to a USB stick, or a CD/DVD disc.

Your other option, if you have driver discs that came with your hardware...you could install the network driver, then go online and get the rest.
