will 750 ti support this psu?

hello i have decided to buy a gtx 750 ti msi gaming edition 2gb ddr5 for my pc so as this gpu doesnot require 6 pin power connector will it support my below mentioned psu
model ATX 400w
ac input : Voltage 230V current 5A Frequency 50hz
dc output max: orange 3.3v and 18A ,Red +5, 18A , Yellow +12V , 20A, White -5v .05A,Blue +12V,03A,purple 5V,2A,grey P/G, OK
so will it support my gpu the rest of the specs are
i3 2120 3.3ghz
ASUS p8 h61mlx3 r2.0 with pci ex 3.0
4x4 8gb 1333 twinmos ddr3 ram

You seem to have it the wrong way round.
The power supply supports everything else.
If your card does not need the auxiliary power connector (which the 750 ti doesnt)
it is not a problem. 400 watts is ample for that card. I would not usually say so without knowing the supply but the 750 sips power and will run on almost anything above 350 watts.
The card takes its below 75 watts power from the pci-E socket, so does not need a power lead.

That PSU will support that GPU. Like the previous poster said the 750 ti doesn't require an additional power connector so you should be fine. However make sure your PSU is from a reliable / good quality brand, if a PSU breaks down there is a possibility it will fry your whole system.
