Hello i have a problem with my video card, when i boot, monitor gets no signal.

These are the PC specs:

PSU Coolermaster 600W ATX12V V2.3
CPU AMD FX-6300 3.50 GHz
Mainboard ASRock 960GM-VGS3 FX
RAM Kingston 8 GB DDR3 PC3-12800
VIDEO R7 260X 1GB GDDR5 OC
Monitor LG Flatron W1943ss
OS Win 8.1 Pro

I bought the pc on the beginning of 2014 and I have this problem since May.
First i sent the video card to the assistance and they got no problem.
Then i sent all the PC to the assistance and they got no problem.
This time when i received the PC it had worked (i also tested it with another monitor/TV with hdmi and worked). I played games that had intensive gpu usage like Battlefield 3 at high-ultra, after playing i turned off the PC because i went to lunch and after that i boot the PC and it gives no signal again.... (just after 1 day of receiving the PC)
The guy of the assistance says he doesn't know what the problem would be and says he never had problems and that he did several tests.

Notes:
My monitor and all the cables works because i use it with another PC.
The PC works without any problem with onboard card (without the dedicated video card).
I have tried the PC using an old ATi Radeon x1650SE 256MB and it gives the signal.

It seems like the dedicated card is somewhat defective? all the fans are working fine (psu, cpu, video card)
or maybe is the alimentator that doesn't give enough power? I don't think cause it worked for 5 months...

Now i have talked with the assistance and they said they can try changing my video card with a GTX 650 or something similar from their site.

I think im going to say them that i want a GTX 750 or a new R7 260X (i think this card is way better).

I have had this problem since 2 months and i really don't want it to last longer :S

So... Where do you think is the problem in all this?
