cooler master RMA. very disappointed

Had a cooler master power supply go bad on me. First mistake, getting a cooler master PSU. Made an RMA sent it out on June 17th. Got there on Monday the 23rd of June. I checked the RMA status online the next couple of days and nothing had changed. I called them and they said they were behind from doing inventory that week. OK whatever I understand. The next week they finally say they revcieved it, even though ups confirmed it delivered last Monday. Thursday the 3rd of July I call them, asking when a PSU will be sent back. They said Monday a new one will be shipped. Didn't happen. Wednesday the 9th they created the label for ups and gave me the tracking number. As of today on ups using that tracking number it says that ups is still waiting for the package to arrive at their facility. I don't understand. What's with the lies, if there is an issue just tell me. Don't make up crap to say to me, right lol. I'm about done with cooler master because this is ridiculous. I had to RMA a few other things to Asus and corsair. I sent everything on the same day June 17th. One week later Asus and corsair both had new replacements at my doorstep. Thank you guys for doing a great job.

To the forum, sorry for my rant and rave but I feel that people should know so they can save them self's from hurt in the future.
 


Hi - No need to apologize. I also happen to be on this forum because of a CM PSU.
And I didn't have a problem. Bought it b4 I knew anything about PSU's only to find out a
couple months later (stumbled on this forum while surfing) it was poor quality and then
discovered it also residing on johnnylucky's Lemon List!

Had to put off GPU purch for a couple month's after I purch a good quality PSU and trashed
a nearly brand new CM POS PSU.
