Does anyone know if this RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB Blue is going to fit on AsRock Z97 Extreme4 motherboard with Thermalright HR-02 Rev.A CPU cooler or is CPU cooler going to block the RAM because of RAM's height? Should I just use Crucial Ballistix Sport LP 16GB RAM which is even lower than Corsair? What do you think?

Either will fit and do the job.
Heat spreaders are only of value if you are highly overclocking the ram.
The specs matter little, but I would think cas9 on the crucial would be slightly better.
