How to hook RCA stereo to headphone jack?

I have a Sony LBT G5500 stereo with 4 RCA ports on the back.
2 are red, 2 are white. Beside them says PHONO and Video ( Audio )

What would be the best way to hook this up to my PC with just a plain headphone jack on the MOBO?

Yes, that is the one you need to connect your computer to the stereo system to play the computer sound through the stereo system.

Both of those are input ports; therefore you cannot hook them up to your headphones.

on the front left of the Volume control unit is a jack that say PHONES that is were your headset goes in.

You could use VIDEO input to connect your speaker output of your computer to listen to the computer sound via the stereo system. make sure to set the computer volume to about 20% before playing it through the stereo system.
