freeze on start

Turn off the computer and let it sit for a minute. Turn it on but press and hold down the F2 key as soon as you turn it on. If you see something like startup you computer using normal startup click on it to start the computer (the wording is probably different) If you computer does not start. Reply to this message with what happened. Give us a detailed report someone might be able to help you from there.
