Hi Everyone. I have 1tb external hard drive. I dropped it while plugged in to my laptop. When I reconnected the hard drive, it is not read or not showing up on my computer. No light and sound can be seen when plugged in. Can be seen on "device manager" but not on "computer manager". Can you help me? Pleeeeassee... Thank you very much. God bless you!

Dropped it... Ouch. OK chances are a power or datacable inside drive is not connected properly anymore... Since neglect is not a warranty claim. Open up the device and check.
