Hey,i require some help on an update on my PC

the specs im upgrading to are :
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A Z97-A
Processor : Intel Core i5 4670k 4690k
Cooler : Hyper 212 Evo Cooler Corsair Hydro H100i
RAM : 2x 4GB Kingston 2x 668 MHz
GPU : Geforce GTX 770 (my current gpu)
Etc : 3x Harddrive (SSD,SATA,USB SATA), DVDRAM , no lights on my case

current PSU : be quiet! 600w ( http://www.bequiet.com/en/powersupply/280 )

im probably going to overclock my CPU aswell,in case it matters.
can anyone help me out on this one? Do i have to upgrade my PSU aswell or can i keep it as it is?

Edit; I did change the Processor to the new Devil Canyons one of Intel as well as going for a newer version of the Motherboard of Asus and i did upgrade my Cooler does it still work with the PSU?

I think you are good.
The psu you need is mostly determined by the graphics card, and you are doing ok with that.
A conservative and safe overclock does not add that much to power requirements.

So,despite the fact of changing my Cooler/CPU/Motherboard a little,it shouldnt affect it too hard, since as you say it mostly depends on the graphic card
