I'm new to building PCs and I need a 700 dollar build I want it mainly for video editing and gaming

No monitor I need a os I want to buy most of it from new egg but other sites are fine. No over clocking and I'm going to buy it in a week or 2. This is a new build hence the thread title beginner PC
