Solution
A GeForce GTX 780ti needs 42 amps on the 12v rail and a 600 watt power supply and 2 - 6+2 PCIE power connections.

The HX750 has 62 amps on the 12v rail and 4 - 6+2 PCIE power connections.

So YES you can easily power a 780ti.
