Z87 C boot device LED lit and no display output

Hey guys, so basically the thing is i had a power outage and when i turned on the pc there was no display output, but i am not entirely sure but the pc would boot properly. then when i reset the CMOS battery there is a boot device LED lit on my board and no display output. any ideas?

unplug every cables from your mobo ..hdd..optical drive...unplug your ram,processor remove the sata cables of the hdd,gpu and reset every thing if this dosent work then ...check with different psu ....if you have a gpu remove it and try ...if every things fails that means the motherboard had died...
