You cant compare hardware to hardware to determine which is better. The xbox and ps have exclusive special built jaguar chips, and graphics also custom made. Plus the os and game coding are completely different.

You need to take end result and compare. End result is xbox 1 (as of this very moment) plays ultra settings at 50fps, ps4 plays ultra at 60fps. Both those are limited to 60fps. The xbox 'according to them' will be upping to 60fps soon.

I really appreciate all of your answers and discussion. ^^ I don't mean to start a fight between PC and console. I have PS4 already (for exclusive titles). This is my current and first limited budget PC build. I just want to build a PC that can play all the PS4/Xbox one games (not included the exclusive titles) with no more than $600. I had a AMD Phe X4 925 CPU (took out from my old PC) which gave me too much of bottleneck. I can't even play Watch dogs with over 40 FPS on High. In car driving is even worse, the game is not playable to 10-23 FPS.
I have the GTX660 but PS4 can have ultra and 60 fps. That's why I am thinking even I have FX6300 is still weaker than PS4. I bought the FX6300 yesterday and haven't installed to the PC yet. I wanna hear all of your thinking before I open it. In worse case, I still can return the FX6300 and get the better CPU. I really hope the FX6300 can make the huge different from 925. As I don't satisfy with my FPS on Watch Dogs right now. T_T

So I should get the same FPS result on gaming as PS4 once I installed the FX6300??

Thanks,

Another question, should I just keep trying to OC the 925 to 3.5ghz or keep the fx6300?
Is 925 with 3.5ghz still bottleneck when playing watch dogs?

Thanks,

Please provide your source for this information.

Most current-gen Xbox games (Titanfall) run at 792p (lower than 1920x1080, the 1080p HD standard). On top of that the Xbox struggled to maintain the 60 FPS where the PS4 doesn't seem to have the same problem. The same thing can be said for Battlefield 4.
