hi,so i didn't know that defragging SSD will cause damage to it,so i accidentally defragged it and i just realised that it will reduce lifespan,it's my fault that i didn't know that defragging SSD will cause problems but will it cause any other damage to my SSD?

Solution
all it did was do unneccessary reads/writes which did not do anything but lowered its life span. Its not TO significant a ssd has its own way of keeping all files in check. maybe you shortened it by what a week a month maximum but nothing that will cause it to fail instantly
