If I get either of these cases I plan on using the intake and exhaust fans that come with them and just adding two more fans for the top also as exhaust. I will be air cooling the cpu with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO instead of an enclosed water cooler. My question for the top fans is should I use either air flow fans or static pressure fans. And what size fans should I get. The Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 comes with 3x 140mm fans and the Corsair Obsidian 450D comes with 2x 140mm fans and 1x 120mm fan.

I would go for the 450D, it just suits my style. Good airflow, enough space for a CPU liquid cooler, looks quite sleek and it has a side window, and removable dust filters at the top, front, and bottom

Actually, if he ever wanted a CPU liquid cooler, he would be very limited as only very slim radiators can fit at the top.
