Which case, Corsair Obsidian Series 450D or Fractal Design Arc Midi R2?
If I get either of these cases I plan on using the intake and exhaust fans that come with them and just adding two more fans for the top also as exhaust. I will be air cooling the cpu with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO instead of an enclosed water cooler. My question for the top fans is should I use either air flow fans or static pressure fans. And what size fans should I get. The Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 comes with 3x 140mm fans and the Corsair Obsidian 450D comes with 2x 140mm fans and 1x 120mm fan.

Take a look at this case
Phanteks Enthoo Pro $99
Its a better case than both of those in my opinion.
By the way, if you ever get the 450D, keep the stock fans, they are good fans.

Actually, if he ever wanted a CPU liquid cooler, he would be very limited as only very slim radiators can fit at the top.
