help with motherboard issues

soo last night i was on my computer an everything was fine..as most storys go i turn my computer on to find out that it isnt working....i go into the bios an my cd drives and my Hard drives are no where to be found all still connected...so i go unplug an re plug everything back in and still nothing is being detected...

reset the bios by removing the battery...remove every cables connected from the psu and motherboard remove the ram hdd cables processor optical drive gpu....and reset everything ....

ok i did that but now it powers on and nothing else the screen says no video an i dont get my normal beep right during start up

the power an loading light are both on as well now and the loading light just wont come off

if you have fitted every thing properly then either the psu is somehow shorted or your motherboard is the culprit...
