I have been dealing with this problem for about a week now since I've upgraded my motherboard, CPU and video card. I though it was because of thermal paste so I reapplied paste. That didn't work. I bought a new PSU and when that didn't work I bought the 212 evo fan for CPU. Ran memtest86. Ram is fine and still having random restarts. Someone please help.

Check RAM compatibility and also are you overclocking your system? If so, it might be unstable and need to dial back settings to a stable overclock.

Hmmm... try checking your motherboard installation for any potential shorts. Also try discharging your motherboard from static by powering off the psu from the back switch, unplug the cord, hold down the pc's power button for 30 seconds, plug the psu again, turn it on and power your system back up. See if that helps.

I can only think you either may have a defective motherboard or RAM. It might pass memtest but still cause other errors that memtest won't pick up.

Which prime test are you trying to run? Small fft or blend? Small ffts stresses could, blend stresses ram more. If it is blend, try to run it using just one stick. One of your sticks might be defective if it is a blend test.

I'm not sure about the error code, not my area of expertise, but I think it's related to windows not being able to boot up. Might want to start a thread on the debug side, some good guys here that can help you out there.

As for the prime test, I'm a little at a loss now, do you have the heatsink's cpu fan connected to the motherboard's cpu fan header? Otherwise it's almost as if it was your cpu that is going bad. As if it can't handle a big load. Do you have another socket 1150 cpu to test with? perhaps a friends? Otherwise it could be the motherboard.
