Have you ever used that exact system before running in the correct language?
Have you ever used those games before running in the correct language?
Are both of these things a factor?

Did you like drop it or put it thru the washing machine or something?

It sounds completely broken, if it's all your games doing that.

I feel as if it's the title screen that is glitching out. Does it look like this, except below the "Gameboy" words are the letters?

If so, the Gameboy is broken. Hopefully this answers your question, and be sure to mark as best answer!

As others already stated, if it just glitches there with any game, it's pretty much broken. Might have had a hit or two, or might have been kept in a humid environment and directly charging it caused a short somewhere. If you have a cartridge you can try from anywhere else and it glitches too, it's most surely a broken system.
