Well, I've had this 780 for a while now and I've always had random lag issues with it and today I touched it and it almost burnt me, so I'm wondering whats going on. I downloaded GPU-Z but for the most part I don't know what a lot of it tells me compared to other cards because its my first build and I'm not a guru at this yet! Any help would be appreciated, if you need anything else just drop a post and I'll answer asap.
